PGS maintains an Environmental Management System™ to improve its environmental management and, ultimately, to reduce the environmental impacts of its operations, activities, products, and services. Within the framework of our Environment Management System we commit to:

Identify materials, processes, products and wastes that cause or may cause pollution, and will implement measures to avoid, reduce or control the overall pollution.
We encourage all of our suppliers to develop, support and commit to a simular Environmental Management System.

Comply with applicable environmental laws, regulations, codes of practice, and other requirements to which the company subscribes. To achieve and maintain compliance, we will develop and maintain management systems for identifying relevant requirements and for monitoring performance of related activities.

Continually enhance and improve our Environmental Management System to ensure it is appropriate and effective for helping us achieve our environmental goals of minimizing the use of hazardous materials, energy, and material resources and to enable recycling and reuse of materials in order to help reduce our carbon footprint.

As a responsible company, PGS supports the goal of the Dodd-Frank Act of preventing armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and adjoining countries from benefitting from the sourcing of Conflict Materials from that region.
